Saint Ann Committees

At Saint Ann’s Club, our committees are the backbone of our organization, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and successfully. Each committee plays a vital role in upholding our mission, coordinating events, managing operations, and fostering a strong sense of community. Whether it’s planning our beloved annual feast, organizing charitable initiatives, or overseeing membership engagement, our dedicated committee members work tirelessly to make Saint Ann’s a welcoming and thriving space for all.

We are always looking for members who want to get more involved in the club! We encourage all members to attend committee meetings and become active participants in these important groups. Entertainment

Plans and organizes fun and engaging activities for all that attend, including but not limited to; social gatherings, themed nights, live entertainment.

Maintenance

Ensures the upkeep and functionality of club facilities, handling repairs, improvements, and overall maintenance to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Budget

Helping plan our large events for the club and for our members and guest. Assisting with planning and organizing, birthdays, receptions, bereavements and more.

Chairwoman: Jacqueline Torres
Develops and oversees the club’s financial planning, allocating resources responsibly to support events, programs, and operational needs.

Wellness

Audit

Dedicated to the well-being of our members, this committee ensures that everyone feels supported and connected. They check in on members who may be facing health challenges, offer encouragement, and foster a caring and compassionate club environment.

Chairman: Eric Fleisch
Reviews financial records and ensures transparency, accountability, and compliance with regulations, safeguarding the club’s financial integrity.

Marina

Bylaw

Manages the club’s marina operations, overseeing dock maintenance, member boat access, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable waterfront experience.

Maintains and updates the club’s bylaws, ensuring policies align with the club’s mission and values while adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.

Public Relations

Manages communication and outreach, promoting Saint Ann’s events and initiatives to the community through social media, newsletters, and other channels to keep members informed and engaged.
